The maintenance of mold is more important than mold repiar. The more times the mold is repaired, its life is shorter. Better mold maintenance will extend its life. 
 

1.Daily maintenance: add oil on various moving parts such as thimble, slide, guide pillar, and guide sleeve; clean the mold surface and water channel.

2.Regular maintenance: in additon to the daily maintenance, we also need to regularly clean the air vent, repair the damage and wear.

3.Exterior maintenance: paint the outer side of the mold to avoid rust; Spread anti-rust oil on the fixed mold and the movable mold; and properly store the mold to avoid dust entering the cavity.
